Booking:
A credit card is required to book your appointment.
No deposit is required to hold your appointment, just a card on file.
Forms must be filled out prior to your scheduled appointment time.
You are responsible for informing Rose Body Co of any changes to your medical history.
Rose Body Co has the right to refuse any service for any reason.
Payment:
Payment is due at time of service.
Acceptable forms of payment are; Cash (preferred), Zelle, or Credit Card on file.
All services are non Refundable.
Cancellations:
Rose Body Co has a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Any missed, no call no show, or late cancels will be charged 100% of the price of the booked service(s).
Rose Body Co understands that life happens and emergencies can occur, please just communicate with me in a timely manner.
Rose Body Co has a 15 Minute Grace Period
Any client late to their appointment will only have whatever remaining time is left on their scheduled appointment.
Any client later than the 15 minute grace period will be charged 50% of the booked service(s) and asked to rebook to another day/time.
Illness:
Please do not show up to your appointment sick.
Your service will be denied if you arrive at your appointment ill and your card will be charged 50% of the service(s) price.
Call or text Rose Body Co if you are sick or have any symptoms.
Rose Body Co is a Massage business, therefore only body work will be done that is within the scope of the laws of a licensed Massage Therapist. Rose Body Co is not a doctor; therefore there will be no treating or diagnosing of any conditions or diseases.
